Mail Ballot Precincts

State election law provides that precincts with fewer than 250 voters may be sent Vote by Mail ballots instead of setting up a polling place (Elections Code § 3005).  The Board of Supervisors has agreed, in the spirit of treating all such precincts fairly, that all precincts with fewer than 250 voters will be Vote by Mail or mailed ballot precincts.

Postage is pre-paid for you to return your envelope by mail.  Alternatively you can return it to any of our city clerk's offices, the Registrar of Voters' Office
, or to any polling place on election day.
