Diversity & Equity Plan
Each County BHP is required by the state to have a Diversity & Equity Plan, which is updated annually, outlining strategies to increase access and the provision of services for underserved populations in Solano County, and to better meet the cultural and linguistic needs of all consumers served.

Diversity & Equity Committee
Committee Mission Statement:
The Diversity and Equity Committee works to ensure community members have timely access to equitable and quality behavioral health care that is responsive to their cultural and linguistic needs.
It is our hope that working alongside consumers, peers, community members, partners, county an contractor staff we will achieve our goals of producing equitable outcomes for all of the populations we serve.
The committee meets bi-monthly and consists of key stakeholders working together to produce equitable outcomes for the BHP system of care. Meetings are open to the public and those interested in helping to reduce mental health and substance use disparities.
