Zachary Lopez

Zachary Lopez joined the Army in 2014 and served six years in the communications field where he specialized in satellite communications and communication security. He brought his expertise to the Office of Emergency Services as the Emergency Services Technician in March 2020. Since that time, he has assisted in multiple emergency and disaster response and recover operations including civil unrest, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the LNU Lightning Complex fire.

Greg Linam

Greg Linam retired from active duty with the United States Air Force in 2001 in the grade of Master Sergeant. He spent the next 19 years working as a civil servant for the Department of the Air Force at Travis Air Force Base, where he ultimately served as the Deputy Director of Plans and Programs for the 621st Contingency Response Wing. Following his retirement from Civil Service, Greg joined the Solano County Sheriff's Office, Office of Emergency Services, as a part time technician. Greg graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2005.
