GRANTS TO ADDRESS PRESSING NEEDS IN THE COUNTY
The County Administrator's Office is seeking highly-qualified agencies to tackle the top six human services needs in the County, including:
1. Mental Health
2. Housing
3. Homelessness
4. Early education
5. Youth development
6. Safe and stable environments for children.
The Board created at Community Investment Fund to address these top needs and make tangible progress toward measurable outcomes. All projects proposed for the Annual Grants Fund must address one or more of the six most pressing needs in the county. A total of $250,000 is available for July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. The limit per annual grant is $50,000.

ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY
Non-profit organizations, for-profit organizations and government entities are eligible to submit proposals. Agencies not traditionally providing services for Solano County are encouraged to propose.

GRANTS TO ADDRESS HOMELESSNESS IN TRANSITION AGE YOUTH
The County Administrator’s Office is seeking highly-qualified agencies to tackle the issue of homelessness in transition age youth (youth ages 18-24) in Solano County. Proposals submitted under this RFP must address homelessness by providing temporary housing and/or permanent housing with supportive services, including education and/or employment services to transition age youth in Solano County following Housing First principles. Funding is available through this RFP for $550,000 for an approximate two-year period (approximately June 1, 2021-June 30, 2023).
