Proposers will be expected to provide services to strengthen families by serving as a county-wide infrastructure that provides integrated, coordinated system of family support activities with one set of core services, a set of strength-based service delivery principles, a comprehensive methodology for outcome evaluation, and at least one physical location/point of service in every city in the county.
