Lorraine joined the Sheriff’s Office in February of 2009.  Prior to her employment with Solano County, she worked in the California State University system as a Project and Administrative Manager at Sacramento and Sonoma, respectively, and earned her degree in Business Administration and Communications.  She has also worked as a Project Manager in private industry.
