Solano County is committed to an open communications philosophy within the organization and with the public. The information below on the ongoing labor negotiations between the County and its bargaining units will be updated periodically so employees and the public have a clear understanding of what is being considered.

Employee Concessions to Date

The chart below reflects the concessions various employee groups have made since the County identified and began reducing its General Fund structural deficit in 2009.
