Employee Concessions to Date
The chart below reflects the concessions various employee groups have made since the County identified and began reducing its General Fund structural deficit in 2009. As of December 13, 2011, 100 percent of the workforce has made concessions. Click here for details on what each employee group has given up in concessions.
Open Communication ProcessThe County is committed to providing the public and its employees easy access to information on the negotiation process.
