The Professional and Technical Engineers Local 21 represents approximately 72 full-time executive and senior management employees in bargaining unit 19, as of December 2015.

The Board of Supervisors approved the current memorandum of understanding on November 3, 2015.  The expiration date of the MOU is September 28, 2017.
