I consider it an honor and privilege to serve as your elected County Assessor and Recorder.  My office has committed itself to ensuring your property is valued fairly and that your documents are recorded timely.  Most importantly, our main goal is to provide you with excellent customer service.

Due to Covid-19 the Assessor/Recorder has enacted the following alternate schedule and operations.

Our lobby is open Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (excluding holidays)

  • Face coverings are required
  • 6 ft. physical distancing is required
  • Lobby maximum capacity is 20 people
  • No more than 2 persons per window transaction
  • Please complete Birth, Death or Marriage applications before entering the Assessor/Recorder Lobby
  • Assessor Transactions may require an appointment be scheduled for later time and date depending on the complexity of the issue and availability of Appraisal staff.


Attention Solano County Property Taxpayers:
