Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention Commission meets Dec. 7

SOLANO COUNTY – The Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention Commission (JJDPC) will meet on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 3 p.m. at the County Administration Center, 675 Texas St. in Fairfield, Conference Room 6003.

The agenda for this meeting will consist of the Probation and Juvenile Detention Facility Updates, a discussion and vote on the development of the Juvenile Delinquency Facility (JDF) Exit Survey, a discussion and vote on the development of the Education Committee, a discussion and vote on the objectives to be carried out by the Community Relations Committee as well a report on Probation Funds for the JDF Holiday Celebration and special projects.

The mission of the JJDPC is to inquire into the administration of juvenile justice in Solano County.  The overall objective is to reduce the recidivism rate of juvenile offenders in the local criminal justice system.

The Solano County JJDPC was established by the Solano County Board of Supervisors under authority of California Welfare and Institutions Code Section 233.
