Solano311  is a toll-free, non-emergency number that residents can use to access non-emergency County services. 

Dialing 3-1-1 from most areas of Solano County will connect you to a Solano311 customer service representative who can answer questions about County programs and services. 

Unfortunately, due to FCC restrictions and telephone company capabilities, some areas of the County are not yet served by 311.

You can reach Solano311 when you are outside of Solano County by calling 707-784-3111.

The Solano311 Customer Service Center is located in Fairfield and is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.  There is never a fee to call and it is accessible from most landlines and cellular phones.
