FREE Workshops inform parents how to change and modify their child support amount

SOLANO COUNTY – The Solano County Department of Child Support Services conducts workshops to help parents change and modify their child support amount.

The free workshops are held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Solano County Department of Child Services, 435 Executive Court North in Fairfield.

Review and Adjustment – Has your situation changed and you need your child support changed too? Solano County Department of Child Support Services staff is here to help. During this free workshop, knowledgeable staff will discuss the process of modifying a court order for child support; including who can request one, how to request one, and if eligible, what to expect during the modification process. Assistance is also available with filling out the application.

The review and adjustment workshops are held every other month on the following Thursdays: July 21, Sept. 15 and Nov. 17.
