24 hr. BEHAVIORAL HELPLINE
|Animal Care's 24 hr. Behavioral Helpline is a resource when you have a question or concern about the behavior of your pet. Our Helpline message center is available any time. After leaving your message, you can expect a return call, usually within 24 hours, from one of our volunteers, except Sundays and County Holidays. |
Helpline Message Center: (707)784-1369.
(Contact your veterinarian for any medical questions, concerns, or needs.)
|Cats, dogs, and rabbits that are brought into our shelter are scanned for microchips. If a microchip is detected, the owner may be located and reunited with the pet. When compared to traditional pet locating methods, a microchip can reduce or even avoid time-consuming and often unyielding search efforts and costly shelter stays for your pet. |
A change in pet ownership information can be updated in the national database too!
MICROCHIP your pet as a part of your responsible pet ownership plan!!
To implant and register a microchip: $20.00
To transfer a microchip registration only: Cost depends on the chip manufacturer; please call or come to Animal Care Services for more information.
