Please be sure to read and follow all of the manufacturer's instructions as well as the instructions in the owner's manual for your vehicle. | | | - Rear-facing infant seat: appropriate for newborns and infants, birth to 22 pounds, and up to 26 to 29 inches long, depending on the seat model.
- Convertible seat: appropriate for newborns and infants from birth to toddlers weighing up to 40 pounds, depending on the seat model.
- Forward-facing & combination seat: appropriate for a child over one year of age (20 to 30 pounds) up to 40 pounds, depending on the model.
- Belt-positioning booster: appropriate for children over 40 pounds to a maximum of 80 to 100 pounds, depending on the model. Check instruction manual for weight limit.
