Family Health Services (FHS) provides primary care to low income, uninsured and underinsured patients in a clinic setting. Services are provided at the medical clinics in Vacaville, Vallejo and Fairfield. In addition to primary care for adults and children, FHS offers nutrition counseling, behavioral health, health education, and case management services.

FHS also offers public health clinics such as a Tuberculosis Chest Clinic, a sexually transmitted disease clinic, as well as specialty clinics in women's health, pediatrics, diabetes, and viral or HIV care.
