Teen Outreach Substance Abuse Program

Solano County’s Teen Outreach Program is a 6 month drug and alcohol treatment program focusing on intermediate level of substance abuse.  The program is free of charge to Solano County residents.  The program is abstinence based and graduation from the program is gained through four months of sobriety.

 Teen Outreach includes:

  •  Young Men and Women aged 12 to 17.5
  • All referral sources including Probation and Diversion
  • Teens that are enrolled in school

The goal of Teen Outreach is to empower youth to take personal responsibility and build strength.   Services we provide are:

  •  formal intake and assessment
  • individual goal and treatment planning
  • family education and support
  • anger management
  • self-esteem building
  • craving and trigger management
  • communication skills
  • relapse prevention
  • aftercare as needed.

 Meeting Times: every Wednesday and Friday in Vacaville, CA from 3:30 to 4:30 pm.  Random urine testing is conducted.
