Alcohol, Tobacco, & Other Drugs Education and Prevention
Solano County's Substance Abuse Prevention (SCSAP) supports and promotes the continued development of community prevention systems. The mission is to enhance knowledge and awareness about drug use and to promote healthy behaviors, strategies, and environments that aim to reduce and eliminate the problematic use of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs in Solano County.
