The Substance Abuse Division provides services for:

  • Teens 12-18 who are residents of Solano County
  • Adults who are residents of Solano County
  • Criminal justice referrals who are residents of Solano County
  • Prevention services throughout Solano County

If you need treatment for a substance abuse problem, call our main number, 707 784-2220, during the normal business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday to connect with services. You will be asked some questions and instructed on what to do next.  

If you are currently under the influence and wish to go to a detox facility, call the Southern Solano Alcohol Council (SSAC) Detox facility in Vallejo (a Non-Medical social model detox facility) located at 419 Pennsylvania St.  The phone number is (707) 643-2715.  The Detox facility is open 24 hours per day, seven days a week.

This division provides a range of prevention, intervention, treatment, and recovery services for alcoholism and other drug addictions. Through community and county-based programs, we serve approximately 4,000 persons per year. Services include but are not limited to alcohol and drug detoxification, outpatient counseling, and residential treatment.
