Medi-Cal
 
Access to quality health care for every eligible child and adult is a
fundamental goal of the Solano County Health and Social Services.
If you have an emergency medical need or are pregnant you may
come into one of our offices to apply.  Medi-Cal provides no-cost
or low-cost health insurance for adults who are aged (65 years
or older), blind, disabled, pregnant, or in a long-term facility; for
children who are under 21 years of age; or for families with children
who receive CalWORKs and/or are deprived of support or care
because at least one of their parents is unemployed or underemployed,
absent, deceased, or incapacitated

 **  To apply for Medi-Cal by phone please call (707) 553-5858 for the Vallejo/Benicia area or
       call (707) 784-8051 for all other areas.  

 **  You can FAX your completed application to (707) 553-5408 Solano County H&SS Records
       for Vallejo/Benicia.  All other areas send to (707) 421-4748.

REMEMBER: The application date is calculated from the date
                        Solano County receives your signed application.

Veteran 
If you have served in the Military (Veteran) or are a dependent of
someone who has served in the military let your worker know as
you may be eligible for additional benefits.
