DV Restraining Order Assistance

The Superior Court of California, County of Solano is pleased to annouce that assistance with the completion of Domestic Violence Temporary Restraining Order applications is now available daily at both the Fairfield and Vallejo Courthouses.

In Vallejo:
Services available through Legal Services of Northern California:
When: Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m.--3:00 p.m.
Where: The Family Law Division at 321 Tuolumne St., Vallejo. 

Restraining Orders must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. in order to receive same day processing. Completed orders will be available for pick-up at 2:30 p.m. Restraining Orders submitted after 10:00 a.m. will be ready for pick-up at 2:30 p.m. on the following day. Parties who miss the 10:00 a.m. submission time may hand-carry restraining orders to Fairfield for signature at 1:00 p.m.

In Fairfield:
Services available through the Domestic Violence Workshop:
When: Monday through Friday at 11:00 a.m.
Where: Third Floor, outside the elevators, wait at the Domestic Violence Bulletin Board by the elevator, 600 Union Avenue, Fairfield.
