Welcome to the Solano County Clerk of the Board of Supervisors’ website. The Clerk of the Board is responsible for preparing and distributing an agenda for each Board meeting, taking the minutes of the meeting, preserving all Board records, and ensuring that an open process is followed and transparent to the public.
The Clerk of the Board is also responsible for administration of the Assessment Appeals Board, maintaining a list of Advisory Boards and Committees; is the filing agency for claims and lawsuits against the County; is the filing agency for State Department of Fish and Game environmental documents; and is the permanent secretary of the Solano County City Selection Committee per state law.
