MISSION OF THE SOLANO EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES COOPERATIVE (SEMSC)
Deliver effective prehospital care at a reasonable cost to the people of Solano County by coordinating and maximizing resources.

EMT and PARAMEDIC APPOINTMENTS
Please note that EMT and Paramedic appointments will be scheduled on TUESDAY MORNINGS  (8:30am - 11:00am) and
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOONS  (1:30pm - 4:00pm).

National EMS Week – May 20 – 26, 2012

 MORE THAN A JOB.  A CALLING.

The Solano County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Agency in coordination with Medic Ambulance, our local hospitals, and fire departments are working together to bring specialized training to Solano County EMS Responders, for which they can receive free Continuing Education Units (CEU), and to the general public who can receive free CPR Training.  The professional training day is being facilitated on
May 24, 2012 and the public training day is taking place on

FRANK SPRINGER AWARD NOMINATIONS
Assistant Fire Chief Springer served Solano County residents from 1975 to 1998 in the Vallejo Fire Department. He was a highly respected leader in the EMS community. Assistant Chief Springer's commitment and contributions to the EMS community are being honored through the issuance of the Frank Springer Award. The Frank Springer Award is designed to recognize an individual for his or her outstanding commitment and contributions to improving emergency medical services for the people living in Solano County.
